    Because these pieces are vintage, they are delicate and often handle differently from modern watches. We kindly ask for your understanding that all sales are final.

    Exceptions:

    While we take every measure to package and ship your watch securely, we understand that accidents during shipping can occur. If your watch arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery so we can make it right. After this period, we are unable to offer resolutions.

    By purchasing from Leather & Lume, you acknowledge that vintage watches may have unique quirks, patina, and wear that add to their charm. We cannot assume liability for issues that arise from the natural character of vintage timepieces.

    Absolutely! We offer a watch sourcing service. If you’re looking for a particular piece, let us know in the “Contact Us” section, and we’ll hunt the watch for you.

    2. Can I sell my watch to you?

    Yes! We are always interested in purchasing vintage watches! Contact us with details and photos of your watch to get started.

    3. Do you offer watch servicing or repairs?

    We don’t perform repairs in-house, but feel free to contact us for recommendations or assistance.

    4. Can I visit your store in person?

    Leather & Lume is purely online, but we may have pop-up events or appointments available. Check our website or contact us under the “Contact Us” tab to schedule a viewing of the watch over coffee or drinks (in the DMV area).
